Rubber Seat Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve SS316 Disc Ring
Description:
AFC's Double Eccentric Flange Butterfly Valve is a newly advanced design butterfly valve. With double eccentric design and soft rubber seal on the body, the operational toque is one of the lowest among all the butterfly valves and can be sealed in both directions,disc and stem are very strong without any deformation.
Size DN150-DN350mm,disc is flat shape, allowing bigger rubbish to flow through. DN350 to DN1200mm disc are arch shape with stronger ribs on the back, causing less compression and wearing of seal rubber to increase the life of rubber seal. Also, water head loss reduced a lot and turbulence minimized,thus flow through disc energy is saved and lowering the pumping cost.
Features:
Small platform on the valve body.
Strong protection-keep the sleeve bearing fully in the hole.
No harm to the bearing during operation.
Special Bearing:
Carbon Steel base coated with bronze + PTFE interior for lubricant and tin exterior to prevent rusty.
Stronger than bronze bearing and last longer
Online repairing by EPOXY:
The user only needs to repair the rubber seal from the exterior of the butterfly valve without going into the pipeline. The total repairing time could be around less than 1 hr for all kinds of the size.
