Description:

AFC's Double Eccentric Flange Butterfly Valve is with advanced design. With dovetail seal design with multiple raised ring and internal epoxy fixing, it provides more space for rubber extension and brings much less compression and wearing between disc and soft seat and prevents the seal to be pushed out.

With double eccentric design and soft rubber seal on the body, the operational toque is one of the lowest among all the butterfly valves and can be sealed in both directions,disc and stem are very strong without any deformation.

Using tangent pin to fasten between stem and disc gives higher strength to pin,no gap between pin and stem makes not easy to deform and no chance to leak from the disc and pin,the disc interchangeable as well

. The valve is made of ductile iron.
. Advanced newly design with dovetail seal design and captured by epoxy on the back, with multiple raised ring to have more contact with disc but less friction during closure.
. The double eccentric design provides less contact area of seal with disc, and less stress at the open position of the disc.
. The disc design with arch shape and thru disc can provide better flow capacity, stronger and less weight
. The shaft and disc connection with tangential pin which can be exchangeable and provide
rigid connection.
. The DN 100-500MM use flat disc, and DN 600-1200MM use arch shape disc.
. Epoxy coated.
. Valve design meets or exceeds EN 593.
. Top flange connection meets ISO 5211-1982, and F/F meets EN 558-1 series 13 & 14.
